About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in supporting Investment Advisors and branch operations with day-to-day administration, providing exceptional client service to drive business objectives.

As part of our Wealth Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and generating reports. You will also maintain client databases, ensure transactions are properly assigned, and provide support on technology issues.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of wealth management company operations, technology applications, and software used in the financial planning and investment industry is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $32,700 - $48,600 per year, plus a monthly discretionary bonus. As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and coaching, manager support, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates marketing activities, including website, social media initiatives, and client recognition
  • Assists Investment Advisors with preparing for client meetings, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries
  • Maintains client databases, ensures transactions are properly assigned, and provides support on technology issues
  • Generates reports, documents, and processes items for client accounts and files

Qualifications:

  • Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of wealth management company and branch operations (e.g., client services, trust services, account transfers) is an asset
  • Familiarity with technology applications and software used in the financial planning and investment industry
