We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members. This includes greeting and directing individuals, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Security and Safety: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and time management.
