Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at dentalcorp Health Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff members. This includes greeting and directing individuals, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for patients, visitors, and staff members.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay information to staff members.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records, and perform data entry.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintain files, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills.
