We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at JG GROUP INC.
Job Summary:The Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Administrative Tasks: Process paperwork, maintain records, and perform data entry as needed.
- Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
