About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our cooking staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
