About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Lake Country Radio Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our cooking staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our menu demands.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and repetitive tasks.
