Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on building and maintaining long-term sales relationships with key clients, including retirement homes, privately-owned pharmacies, and similar entities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, an understanding of the healthcare or HR industry, and experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively reach out to and visit retirement homes, privately owned pharmacies, and other target businesses to build long-lasting sales relationships.
  • Present, promote, and sell HR products and services to existing and prospective customers, highlighting product benefits and value-added solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and new product developments within the HR and healthcare industries.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare, HR, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and network with key stakeholders in retirement homes, pharmacies, and other healthcare-related entities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within the designated territory.
  • Knowledge of HR products and services and the healthcare industry is an asset but not required.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
