PepsiCo Foods Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our team in Kentville, NS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily work direction to frontline associates and ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
  • Use technical systems for reporting and analytics to drive business decisions and improve performance.
  • Lead daily performance meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and set goals.
  • Conduct performance coaching, provide individual feedback, and issue corrective action to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Make daily decisions that impact the business and handle all team performance and personnel issues.
  • Manage time and payroll systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • An associate degree or equivalent background, with a strong foundation in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to instruct and teach others.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of general regulatory and safety processes and procedures, with a mechanical and technical aptitude.
