Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Service Staff to join our team at Thai Basil. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring a safe and responsible service environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
