About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at Sierra Lane Construction Ltd. as a key member of our senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the organization, aligning with our company's vision and goals.
  2. Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring effective management of resources, including human, financial, and material resources.
  3. Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring optimal structure and function.
  4. Co-ordination and Control: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, establishing financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  5. Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  6. Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and representation.
  7. Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions.
