Job Title: Vice President

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President to lead our IT department at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, authorizing department establishment, and establishing organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  3. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  4. Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  5. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
  6. Conduct performance reviews and design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
  7. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in IT management. They should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, judgment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
