Job Title: Executive Vice President of Hospitality

Compass Group Canada is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Hospitality to lead our food and beverage services at Rogers Place and the surrounding ICE District. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and teams managing the food and beverage services for thousands of guests who visit our venues annually.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and direction of food service and Rank + Rally units
  • Ensuring exceptional customer and client relations
  • Overseeing control of all purchasing and implementing cost controls as needed
  • Driving best-in-class hospitality standards while staying informed of market and industry trends
  • Providing proven leadership to a team that delivers operational expertise in contracted services while managing hands-on execution of operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to support on-the-job effectiveness
  • A minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a sports and entertainment atmosphere
  • Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery
  • Expert in Windows-based office software
  • Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building and growing a strong business
