  • Handle employee relation issues and investigations, consult with HR leadership on complex matters and investigations.
  • Conduct cultural (final-round) interviews with internal and external applicants being considered for employment.
  • Assess and identify trends and propose solutions that will assist the HR leadership team in designing improvement strategies.
  • Work with the Recruitment team to provide support in the recruitment process: developing and maintaining job descriptions, screening resumes, interviewing and reference checking.
  • Support the Annual Compensation Program by educating managers and supporting employee communication.
  • Provide support with strategic HR initiatives, including research & recommendations, ownership & participation in the development, implementation and maintenance of initiatives.
  • Analyze and create reports based on HR metrics on an ad-hoc basis, specifically detailing the effectiveness of current HR programs and processes.
  • Provide support for the immigration process, including new hire requirements as well as ongoing visa and PR applications for new and existing employees.

Requirements

We are looking for a resourceful, business-minded individual who enjoys creative problem solving, relationship building, and delivering superb customer service. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of standard HR processes, but also understand the considerations and flexibility required when dealing with the grey. They will be proactive, resourceful, and comfortable thinking outside the box, with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

Global Relay is a career-building company that offers competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth and development.
