Poste de formation nationale en soins infirmiers
Responsable de la formation en soins infirmiers, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de formation en soins infirmiers pour élaborer, planifier/réviser, mettre en œuvre et évaluer l'apprentissage basé sur les théories et pratiques actuelles en matière d'éducation.
RESPONSABILITÉS
- Collaborer avec les unités d'affaires pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de formation efficaces.
- Assurer que le transfert des connaissances est utilisé dans le développement de la formation.
- Élaborer et mettre à jour des politiques et procédures pour refléter les normes de pratique professionnelle et les exigences organisationnelles.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe d'assurance de la qualité et le directeur INVIVA pour développer et exécuter le plan de formation annuel.
- Élaborer et mettre à jour la formation pour se conformer à la matrice.
- Évaluer les programmes de formation pour évaluer la pertinence pour le personnel INVIVA.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de leadership des soins infirmiers pour développer l'éducation et la formation relatives à la conformité, à l'assurance qualité et aux besoins du plan d'apprentissage individuel.
COMPÉTENCES REQUIS
- Inscription en règle auprès du Collège des infirmières et infirmiers autorisés pour la province concernée et d'autres provinces, le cas échéant.
- Baccalauréat en soins infirmiers ou équivalent.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en soins infirmiers et connaissances pertinentes.
- Connaissance des principes d'éducation et d'apprentissage des adultes.
- Bilingue (français/anglais) de préférence.
- Solides connaissances cliniques des problèmes actuels et futurs en soins infirmiers et en soins de santé dans différentes populations de patients.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions sur les modèles de prestation de soins et leur mise en œuvre.
- Connaissance et expérience quant à l'utilisation et l'interprétation des mesures de la qualité et des méthodologies de gestion du changement.
- Capacité à fournir du soutien et du leadership pour faire progresser la formation et les processus fondés sur des données probantes.
- Solides compétences en communication.
- Niveau élevé d'intégrité, de confidentialité et de responsabilité.
- Capacité à diriger et à gérer les changements.
- Solide connaissance en matière de réglementation et connaissances cliniques actuelles.
- Permis de conduire valide pour satisfaire aux exigences de voyage.
- Solides compétences informatiques.
