Server - Food and Beverage Services

At Al & Jan's Fish and Chips, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Perform sensory evaluation of wines.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure.
