Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is $1.20 - 0.45 per RPM, resulting in a daily earnings range of $200-300. This pay package offers a competitive compensation for drivers who are comfortable working long hours, including 10-12 hour shifts on Friday through Monday evenings.



Job Description:


This role involves regional deliveries of groceries, requiring drivers to be flexible with their schedules and adapt to changing demands. Our fleet operates primarily at night, and drivers will have the opportunity to spend their days off at home, making it an ideal arrangement for those who value work-life balance.



Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Valid AZ License: A valid Arizona driver's license is mandatory for this position, ensuring that drivers can operate our vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: As a representative of Canada Cartage, drivers must possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers and respond to their needs in a professional manner.
  • Comfortable with Smartphone Technology: Drivers should be familiar with smartphone technology, enabling them to utilize our mobile applications and communicate effectively with dispatchers.
  • Reliable and Flexible: Drivers must be reliable and flexible, able to adjust to changing circumstances and ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Safe Driving Behaviors: Above all, drivers must exhibit safe driving behaviors, adhering to traffic regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a clean driving record.
