As a School Bus Driver with First Student, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our students as they travel to and from school. You will be responsible for operating our buses safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

About the Position
  • You will enjoy the support of our industry-leading technology to guide you through your daily routes.
  • Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our students and their families.

  • Hours guarantee: 4 hours per day.
  • Additional hours available on charter routes.

Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • A valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
  • Pass a Ministry-prescribed medical examination and background checks.

Salary: $25-$30 per hour (estimated based on location). This rate reflects the competitive compensation package offered by First Student, taking into account the demands of the job and the value we place on our employees' contributions.
