About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Audit Coordinator at HI Vancouver Downtown. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain a secure environment for guests.
  • Welcome international travelers and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and maintain key administrative and financial skills, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Maintain the tidiness of common areas during quiet times and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own workload effectively.
  • Excellent cash handling and financial management skills.
  • Experience working night shifts or audits is an asset, but not required.
