Key Responsibilities

  • Crop Maintenance: Fertilize and spray crops to prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvesting: Harvest crops at the optimal time to ensure quality and freshness.
  • Machinery Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Quality Control: Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market.
