Key Responsibilities:

  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to ensure maximum quality and quantity.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for the market.

Requirements:

  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week.
