We are seeking a skilled and motivated Agricultural Laborer to join our team. As an Agricultural Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our orchard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy development.
  • Harvest crops at the right time to maintain product quality.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to maximize efficiency.
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
