About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our operations. As a Mobile Building Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of our buildings, infrastructure, equipment, and fixtures. You will work in a team environment that prioritizes safety, security, and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update materials and equipment inventories
  • Plan, schedule, and control costs for projects within your scope
  • Supervise skilled workers (sub-contractors) for maintenance tasks such as generators, elevators, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical
  • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure effective communication regarding work status and priority
  • Inspect completed work and report any issues
  • Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and condition reporting of all areas of a facility
  • Responsible for the efficient, effective, and successful control of all equipment maintenance, building structures, and property in accordance with approved practices, procedures, and methods
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date logs and record readings, maintenance, and repair work
  • Perform general building maintenance and repairs
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform work and repairs on various building systems, including heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, generator systems, architectural systems, and other necessary systems
Requirements:
  • Well-developed people skills and superior customer service
  • Experience with operations and maintenance of building systems
  • Keen interest and desire to continue learning and take initiative
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Must obtain Reliability security clearance
  • Must obtain Controlled Goods Access clearance
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Must be able to respond to facility emergencies after hours
