As the Merchandising Team Leader at AEO, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Your passion for merchandising and leadership skills will be key to developing and implementing the store's merchandising strategy, ensuring visual standards are met, and driving sales floor productivity.



Your Key Responsibilities



  • Drive Sales and Growth: As a key member of the leadership team, you will analyze sales trends and reporting to make strategic business decisions, drive sales through effective merchandising and visual displays, and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.

  • Lead and Develop Your Team: You will coach and develop your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience, ensuring your store is always representative of AEO's brand standards. You will also lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment efforts.

  • Operational Excellence: You will execute and innovate daily operational procedures, support the team in maintaining visual standards, and ensure the fitting rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO brand standards.

  • Integrity and Accountability: You will ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
