Job Summary:

We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Hospitality to oversee all operations and teams managing the food and beverage services for the thousands of guests who visit our Rogers Place and Fan Park at ICE District annually. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a sports and entertainment atmosphere, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data metrics effectively to build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee control of all purchasing and implement cost controls as needed.
  • Drive best-in-class hospitality standards while staying informed of market and industry trends.
  • Provide proven leadership to a team that delivers operational expertise in contracted services while managing hands-on execution of operations.
  • Manage a high-volume Food & Beverage operation.
  • Build and strengthen client partnerships, manage and mentor teams, and create a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or appropriate combination of education and experience to support on-the-job effectiveness.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Food and Beverage Management experience in a sports and entertainment atmosphere.
  • Experience managing a high-volume Food & Beverage operation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to use data metrics effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building and delivery.
  • Expert in Windows-based office software.
