We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to train and develop their team members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols. They will also estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, address customer complaints, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 35-40 hours per week. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, serving high-quality food to our customers while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
