About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Sirius Auto Parts Corp. as a key member of our purchasing and contracts department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Review and analyze quotations to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
