About the Role

VICOSTONE CANADA INC. is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and supplies to meet the requirements of our establishment.
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Negotiate offers from suppliers and consult with them to ensure the best possible deals.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the progress of delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent employment.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
