Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that they are followed to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
- Sell merchandise and promote products to customers to increase sales and revenue.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are stocked and available for customers.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize day-to-day business operations to ensure that the store runs smoothly and that customers receive excellent service.
- Conduct quality control to ensure that products meet our high standards.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- High school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
