We are seeking a highly skilled Department Supervisor to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the meat department, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
