We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Millennium Pacific Greenhouses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our greenhouses and ensuring the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, cut horticultural crops, divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, and guide growing shoots into optimal development positions.
  • Greenhouse Maintenance: Clean the greenhouse, mix fertilizer, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Plant Care: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings, and apply fertilizers.
  • Communication: Report signs of insect or disease damage and maintain open communication with the team.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Physical ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and reliability
