We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at Millennium Pacific Greenhouses. As a key member of our horticultural team, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our greenhouse crops.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment, including pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants.
- Assist in the harvesting and preparation of crops for market.
- Monitor and report any signs of pests or diseases affecting the crops.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- 1-2 years of experience in horticulture or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a greenhouse setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
