Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Candidates to join our team at ALG AUTOMOTIVE LOUNGE GROUP INC. as an Administrative Assistant.

This is a permanent full-time position, working approximately 35-40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
