About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at ABRISHAM HALAL MEAT & GROCERY. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing and cutting meats to order, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to order
  • Prepare special cuts of meat for customers
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Price meat products
  • Sell meats to customers
  • Grind meats
  • Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Physically demanding work
