About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our Clinical and Health Services team. As Executive Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, management, and evaluation of clinical, health, and case management operations.

You will provide leadership and oversight to ensure that all services are youth-centered, compliant with contemporary practice, statutory, and regulatory body requirements, evidence-based, and meet excellent professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage department program reviews, evaluation, and quality improvement plans utilizing Key Performance Indicators & Outcomes and other data as needed to inform performance management and fidelity to evidence-based/informed best practices.
  • Support the development of strategic plans and associated components connected to programs within the Clinical & Health Services portfolio.
  • Manage crisis situations by assessing and reducing risk/need and taking appropriate leadership action.
  • Ensure all clinical, health, and case management services comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Represent Covenant House on relevant community tables, committees, coalitions, and professional organizations related to homelessness, youth issues, and professional standards.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field. You must have a minimum of 5 years of senior managerial experience in leading, managing, and motivating a diverse workforce.

You should have a strong background in clinical, health, and case management services, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
