Information Security Risk Management Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced VP of Information Security to lead our Information Security Risk Management efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the enterprise Information Security oversight and challenge approach across Manulife.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security strategies to protect Manulife's assets and data.
- Lead the Information Security Risk Management team and ensure the effective management of information security risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and mitigate information security risks.
- Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on information security matters to business users and IT teams.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging information security threats and trends, and ensure that Manulife's information security capabilities are aligned with industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in information security management.
- Expertise in information security principles, processes, and deliverables.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments in Canada and the US.
