Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and tight deadlines. The position requires the ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
