Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong financial management skills.
The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The role will also require the ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
