Senior Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**
The Senior Strategy Manager will be responsible for:
- Acting as the conduit for the submission and evaluation of ideas and proposals prior to presentation to the Strategic Leadership team.
- Developing and reviewing business cases, anticipating internal and external challenges and impacts to proactively recommend solutions and improvements.
- Collaborating with Financial Planning & Analysis and the Enterprise Project Management Office.
- Driving business insights by gathering, reviewing, and testing data to provide solutions to key business decisions.
The Senior Strategy Manager will also be responsible for conducting market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to drive income, increase yield, improve market share, and enhance customer loyalty, as well as presenting findings to Senior Leaders and Executive Leadership.
