Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • Develop and implement educational programs to promote health and wellness among our clients.
  • Case Management
    • Manage and coordinate home care services to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Nursing Services
    • Provide expert nursing care to our clients, including health assessments, medication management, and wound care.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Certifications and Licensure
    • Hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse from provincial or territorial authorities.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience
    • Experience in a nursing home or home care setting an asset.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
