Personal Shopper Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-commerce Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Fortinos. As a Personal Shopper, you will play a critical role in delivering a personalized shopping experience to our customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with general questions and maintaining a positive environment.
  • Shop for customers by accurately selecting and packaging products for delivery.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure order accuracy and address any product substitutions.
