About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce, Lean manufacturing, inventory control, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse layout using the ABC method to optimize inventory storage and retrieval.
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure accurate inventory through regular audits.
  • Lead the warehouse team and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports for management and clients on daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Control and reduce inventory costs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Experience in e-commerce and fulfillment solutions.
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing.
  • Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations in multiple areas.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control process and procedures.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis, and AirTable (desirable). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential for this role.
