Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Allan Park Motor Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that they meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
- Criminal Record Check: Required.
- Work Under Pressure: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
