Job Role

As a Call Center Purchasing Specialist, you will play a vital role in buying vehicles for our various branches, assisting in day-to-day operations, and providing personalized solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for negotiating and concluding the purchase of cars, while ensuring purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Take the time to understand specific customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Explain our business model and highlight its benefits
  • Negotiate and conclude vehicle purchases, considering purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

Qualifications

  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to navigate between computer systems and applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the automotive field
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Call center experience (a major asset)
