Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Call Center Agent to join our team at American Iron & Metal. As a key member of our call center, you will play a vital role in purchasing vehicles for our various branches and assisting in our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Negotiate and conclude the purchase of cars, ensuring purchasing objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on pending requests and individual customers

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in the automotive field
  • Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Call center experience is a major asset
