Receiving Operations Supervisor

Avtar Johal Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt and processing of goods, ensuring accurate inventory management, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the receipt and processing of goods, including verifying inventory levels and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and discrepancies.
- Supervise and train staff on receiving and inventory procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and logistics issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a receiving or inventory management role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
