Receiving Operations Supervisor

Avtar Johal Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receiving Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Assign and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure it is running smoothly.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to handle heavy loads.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
