About the Role
Bayshore Home Care Solutions is seeking a passionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team in the Delhi area of Norfolk County. As a Community RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, working with a mixture of visit nursing and shift clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and health teaching.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Teach and delegate tasks to client family members and other caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience with trach, vent considered an asset.
- Updated immunization records and a clear criminal background check.
