Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Maple Route Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and coordinate logistics activities to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and transportation
- Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
- Knowledge of inventory control software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
