Logistics Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Maple Route Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals
- Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities with other departments and external partners
- Prepare and submit reports on logistics performance and trends
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
- Train and develop staff in logistics procedures and policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Coordinate and assign work tasks, and review progress and performance
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Strong knowledge of inventory control software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
