The Ladders is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Global Partnerships Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sports and media industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the NBA and its mission to inspire and connect people everywhere through the power of basketball.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic partnerships with NBA teams, players, and other industry stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field
* Strong understanding of the sports and media industry, with a focus on the NBA
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
